Today during my lunch break I ate my diet meal and then walked a mile on the treadmill. My legs are a bit tired. Good! The first week I walked half a mile on the treadmill. Last week I walked 3/4 of a mile three out of five days. My legs didn't get tired at all. I've got the pace up to where I don't quite get out of breath so I won't trigger my asthma. That seems to be 2.8 miles per hour. My heart beat is at the high end of weight loss for my age, bordering on aerobic. I'm pretty pleased with myself. It makes sitting at that computer most of the day at this temp job not so bad. I've noticed that when I do the treadmill, I'm more awake for the afternoon than if I don't walk.
I probably should get a gym bag and take exercise clothes because I'm doing this in my work clothes and I'm getting a bit sweaty. Eh, I'm wearing all clean clothes every day and showering every day. I use deodorant. Shouldn't be a problem. It's old sweat that stinks.
