I wish I could drop my Cisco class

It's past the drop date. This class wasn't ready to go. The only lab equipment I can use is tied up in remote login sessions. For the last two days I haven't been able to get into any of the ones with the right stuff for my labs. It wasn't even ready to go until half-way through the quarter.
I posted that information in the forums as instructed on the web page telling us how to connect. Nobody has responded. I still can't get in. They don't give any instructions how to run the windows applications we have to install on our computers through the tunnels to their equipment. You have to find the lab instructor online or email him and ask him.
Last night I emailed my instructor explaining my difficulties and begging him for permission to free some of the equipment from the pods to physically come in and do my labs. He has not responded. This isn't like him. Nobody is responding. GRRRRR!
I might request an incomplete and retake the class when the online modules and assessments are finished. Those and the labs are how I learn this stuff. I've got too many big floaters in my eyes to be able to read printed material very well. The text isn't available in electronic format. This is ridiculous.
