This isn't the bunny I held yesterday but it's close! Ours was a about half the size. Ours was also not wet.

What a cutie! I might breed rabbits again this winter after several years of not doing so. The young ones are way way too cute!

Are you sure that's a jack rabbit? I know jack rabbits to be much different looking.

Yes, the wildlife guy is an expert and he identified it. They have to be cute little babies at the start! :)

We have them here, but I only ever see them flying along the prairie like something shot out of a knuckle ball cannon. :D Thanks for the confirmation. Babies are cute... bar none!

The little critter already had gangly back legs. He had trouble being curled up into a ball with those things. lol
