There was a story on last night's news about this. http://cbs5.com/health/local_story_167015743.html

Hmm, can you say "class action lawsuit?" I have a feeling it's just a matter of time.

The whole thing sounds fishy.

Doesn't it though?

We pay for PPO insurance. We pay PPO co-pays. They need to honor the contract they have with 250,000 people until the end of the contract period then be honest about what they're offering.

We're leaving this plan ASAP. Unfortunately, we're locked in until next December 31st.

I do think its weird that there haven't been any formal complaints from the doctors yet, maybe that's something to bring up with your own doctor?

You'll have to keep an eye on this, see if there is a lawsuit that happens.

This is just happening. I'll urge my doctors and PT billing people to protest.
