The following is part of an online ad for a temporary position:

Description:
As part of our Customer Wellness program you will be responsible for calling customers, who are not using our service to its fullest potential, to determine why. This temporary position is expected to last 3 to 4 months.

Requirements:
· 1 to 2 years of Customer Service experience supporting a wide variety of customers
· Excellent written and verbal skills
· Ability to manage a small project
· A winning phone presents that makes it easy for customer to discuss their issues
· Ability to work independently and as part of a larger team

Aside from the horribly early start time for this night owl, the wrong word makes me want to avoid them. I wonder if their customers feel the same way?

It's like they've had too much sugar and want to spread the "joy."

I'm sure that they do. Grammatical errors in an employment ad always make me wanna barf. Maybe I was an HR Director for too long. It kinda makes me think, "Who in the hell wrote that!"

It was likely written by a high school girl working for 7 dollars an hour at a desk in a stuffy office, and penned in between checking a handful of hopefull's applications and citizen status identification and fielding phone calls from irate clients whos scheduled workers never showed up. My guess is most of the present workforce isn't qualified to do the job they're being underpaid for. Luckily, I don't need intelligence to do my job so I can misspell all I please:)
