Some cats are so special...

When we were at the vet with Squeakers last Saturday, the office manager came up to the front. We hadn't seen her in a long while. She recognized us and in our discussion of our cats our late Lee-Roy's name was mentioned. To our surprise, she got teary-eyed. That made me tear up, too. It's been two years since we lost him and still, I miss him that much sometimes.

The clerk we'd been talking to came in after he was gone. I mentioned the Thank-you card I'd sent after he was gone and she said the doctor who treated him took it with her when she left. I'll have to print another for their scrapbook.
