sugarplumkittyOur DSL has been down all week and I was worried about using all of our dialup hours. Now that I fixed it here we go:
Friday 5
1) This is the 1st of September, what do you want to accomplish by the 30th?
I want to have the back bedroom cleared out and set up for Jonathan.
2) What does September make you think about or feel?
School starting and leaves on trees starting to turn to fall colors.
3) September is the ninth month; can you name nine memories so far from this year?
1: Losing our Lee-Roy kitty to a fast-growing Carcinoma.
2: Finding out Scampi has a dangerous sounding heart murmur and starting her on aspirin.
3: Moving two of the departments at work from one building to two at NASA.
4: Getting documented as having a learning disability at school to force the lab instructor to give me a proper environment for testing.
5: Having a lovely Easter with my family including my nephew's future in-laws.
6: Adopting Loki from the animal shelter.
7: Spending a fun day showing Jonathan and two friends around.
8: Watching the space shuttle launch on big screens at Nasa.
9: Having Jonathan move in with his mom's best friend close by!!!!
4) What does September have in common with three other months and can you name them?
I would have figured this out but it was already answered.
5) The first weekend in September signals the end of summer for many even though it doesn’t really end for weeks. When does summer end for you?
When school starts. When I was a kid, school always started the Tuesday after Labor Day. Poor kids today start half-way through August!
