NASA/Ames Centrifuge tour - part 1

We saw this the day before Jonathan arrived, darn it! He wishes he could see this.

	View from centrifuge chair Two cameras and a line of little lights are what the person sees. The lights blink all around the metal band to test the vision of the victim.. um.. subject. ;o) When the subject starts to lose their peripheral vision, it means they're starting to pass out and the experiment ends. If the person passes out suddenly, they release the "dead man's switch" which also ends the experiment immediately.
