How to install a Tomcat:

1 - go to local Humane Society. Ask to see felines.

2 - Check cats' underbellies to ensure you have a Tom.

3 - Take Tomcat home, making sure to purchase the needed accessories.

4 - Place Tomcat in home. Put litterbox in bathroom, and food and water dishes in kitchen.

5 - Remove Tomcat's optional equipment, unless you want the cute but costly Litter of Kittens upgrade.

And there you have it. Full Tomcat installation ... what? Ohhh, a TOMcat. Um, never mind.
