No bedtime kitty lately

I miss my furry love baby in bed. She's there by morning but it wasn't until last night that I found out what's keeping her away. She has gone from tolerating the teasing she gets from Squeakers to actively romping with her these warm summery nights. I went out looking for kitties last night at bedtime and expected to see Loki and Squeakers chasing each other but there was Cactus in the mix! The two girls were romping and Loki was mostly watching.

I'm so glad they all love each other so much! Even if our two older girls aren't socialized with people very well, they're all four very socialized with other kitties. I feel successful as a kitty mom.

I wonder how much of Loki's lack of participation is due to the half pill of prednisone he's getting every day. It's helping his bald back leg a lot. The skin isn't swollen anymore. No fur is growing back yet that I can see in the short amount of time I get to look at it, so I will keep up the dose for now. I'm glad it's finally getting better. It's been bald and bumpy since last Spring and got much worse when the warm weather started. Now it's back to what it was last year. Hope he's not too scarred to grow fur there!
