Still tired

I've only done laundry since we got home until today. I'm still tired. Is it depression over NASA going away and having to find work? Maybe. It's also hormonal. I'll bet I'll feel better if I go to my chiropractor and get rid of the headache I've had since my FIL hugged me too tightly partway through our visit. Something in my neck went pop and I've been in pain ever since.

Guess I'd better get my act together. I'd like to get my hair trimmed and my neck adjusted before I meet with finickynarcane and yeoww for dinner tonight. We're about out of supplies, too so I need to do big grocery shopping.

Tomorrow morning I begin a round of interviews with recruiters. The one I interviewed with during finals week says he'd like to get me in at VMWare doing desktop phone support. I'm not crazy about that idea but I need to work and VMWare is a great company. It's a foot in the door.

Of the other two I'll meet tomorrow, one has an interview for me in the afternoon with some data storage company and that sounds more along the lines I'd like to go.

They all want the actual certificates for my MCSE and MCSA that my instructor at Foothill failed to get finished. I've now made an appointment for Thursday with a counselor to get that straightened out.

Ugh. I just want to go to sleep.

Black Ski Pants Found

Someone left a pair of black ski pants on the back of Eric's car a few days ago. They look brand-new! The same day, someone walked off with our neighbor's red rug he had drying on the hedge between our properties.

Youthful pranksters?? Someone is going to miss those ski pants. I know our neighbor is upset about losing his rug.
