NASA intern applicants needed

I'm an IT intern at NASA through Foothill college. My coordinator told me they have three openings with no applicants that match them! If you or anyone you know is attending *or willing to attend* any local community college in the San Francisco Bay Area - six units per quarter/semester - and would fit one of the following, please have them call Susan Schenck at 650-604-5560 right away to get their application process started. REQUIREMENTS:
Your GPA has to be 2.5 or higher. It pays $10.00 per hour; full time in the summer, half time during the school year. You have to take some unpaid time off. Two weeks in summer (80 hours) and one week per quarter/semester (20 hours) plus all federal holidays. It's a one year committment.

The best part is the atmosphere there! People are positive and curious in general and love to explain their work to you if you are interested. You get to take tours of things ordinary citizens don't get to see. Because you're an intern, you're not expected to know a lot about what you're working with yet. Internships are all about learning.

I'm amazed at the age range of the interns. We have 18 and 19 year olds up past age 50. I'm 50 and I know one person older than I am.

So don't hesitate! If you're interested and want to go for it, do! Please spread the word!
