Misspelled words that drive me CRAZY
skiddish - Do people think this comes from critters skidding as they run away? NO! It's skittish!
ect - This is an abbreviation of the word "etcetera." It's spelled, "etc. with a period!
I stopped taking the hormones again. I wonder if my extreme irritation this morning with these common misspellings is due to hormonal imbalance?

Too bad. Words are such a lovely item to express feelings and thoughts. They should be used in the rightful usage.
