Thanks for the advice! My old domain contract expires June 11th, so I'm within the window to transfer it to the new company.
I've got it done! Well, I have it started. http://www.aplus.net has a web hosting package better and cheaper than my earthlink hosting and by paying a year in advance, I get my domain registration free!
Instead of paying $35.00 for registration for a year and $19.95 per month for 2,000MB of disk space, I'm now paying $9.95 per month and get 2GB of disk space. The bandwidth is the same, I think. They're also including the setup in the deal.
If you want to go with them and call my agent, I'll get a free month added to my contract for each referral. Call Jed S at 1-877-275-8763 ext 6649, toll-free.
The best part? They use the same web design tool earthlink does so I can just upload the html files and pictures to make it all work. YAY!
